Join us to honor outstanding individuals to recognize their community partnership efforts.
"Celebrating Friends & Legends" reception is held each year to honor those who lend support and volunteer to aid in the mission of the Foundation. The "Art & Irene Malasto Legends Award" is presented to give recognition and appreciation to a person or business that has supported the Valpo Parks in a significant way through volunteer service, leadership, and/or gifts of financial support. The "Community Champion" Award serves to honor someone who demonstrates leadership and stewardship in the community.
The 2023 Friends & Legends reception was held on Thursday, October 5th and honored John Seibert, Tim Warner, and Matt Evans.
We look forward to celebrating our 2024 honorees on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
