GIRLS BASKETBALL REGIONAL Columbia City VS. Lowell 2025

Columbia City faced Lowell in the Regional championship at Jimtown High School. The swarming defense and great passing of Columbia City was too much for Lowell. The final was 73-29, led by Columbia City senior guard Addison Baxter.

After the game Head Coach Amy Shearer, when asked about the smart defense and passing game, said, “We talk about sharing the ball all the time. One kid is not going to beat the good teams. Share the ball, pass the ball, move the ball, make the defense, make a mistake. We try to transition the ball as much as we can. We’re not very big, so we’ve got to run and kind of speed the game up.”
