Valparaiso_Noon_Kiwanis_salutes The third annual "Valparaiso Kiwanis Salutes the Recruits" recognized 41 recruits of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. The new members came from all over Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties.
