Childbirth Refresher

For couples who have already had a baby, this course is a review of the labor and birth process and provides a refresher on breathing and relaxation techniques. The next class meets Aug. 10, from 3 -7 p.m. in the Women & Children’s Pavilion classroom at Porter Regional Hospital. Pre-registration is required.
