Recently at Lake Central High School (LC), students have taken advantage of opportunities throughout the school such as taking a field trip to Chicago to see “Romeo and Juliet” and also participating in the school's annual musical. LC’s sports teams are achieving their goals this season as the Lady Indians basketball team and the Girls Gymnastic team made appearances at their respective State championships.
Coming up, spring break is approaching for the students at LC. The spring will be busy for the Tribe as two DI colleges will compete in the home gym of the Indians on April 7 as a way to prepare for their upcoming fall seasons. Senior students also have an opportunity to be honored next month for their academic achievements throughout their four years at LC. School will be out soon but students at LC are staying busy until that time!
