At the annual Century 21 Awards, agents were honored for their hard work and dedication to a globally leading real estate company. On that Wednesday night, employees of Century 21 and attendees relaxed while they enjoyed each other’s company. The laughter from everyone showed how strong of a bond the team shared with one another. The appreciation that was shown that night truly exemplified how significant it was to acknowledge the work of a great team.
The Broker and Owner of Century 21 Alliance Group, Jeanne Sommer, explained what these awards were honoring.
“I think it is very exciting to see so many of our agents get such great awards in both production and quality of service,” Sommers added. “They are not easy awards to win.”
Since everyone worked diligently all year, the event was the perfect time to celebrate the team’s success. The Century 21 Brand Ambassador for Indiana and Ohio, Kyler Welch, explained the importance of the event.
“Every company that has the kind of success that Century 21 Alliance had, needs a time to celebrate and reflect on all that they have accomplished from the year,” Welch emphasized. “2017 was a great year. I think tonight is a night to look back and congratulate each other for all the successes that we have had together as a team.”
The celebration would not have been possible without the variety of accomplishments that were made. The Office Manager of Century 21 in Valparaiso, Kathy Bowgren, described how the community played an important part in awarding the agents.
“The clients have to take a survey and rate them,” Bowgren said. “It is not just us making an award for them, it is the clients.”
The Broker Associate for Century 21 and award winner, Sandra Schaffer, also highlighted the importance of the community.
“The community is everything,” Schaffer explained. “The reason I got the award was because of the community, the clients, and the people recommending me to their families.”
The awards were a sign of appreciation, but also a way to acknowledge the real estate agents that went beyond expectations for their service and quality. Century 21 celebrated what it truly means to work on a team. With a positive work environment, there are no boundaries to this company’s continuous future success.
