FREE Self-Defense Class at Belvedere Senior Housing

January is National Personal Self-Defense Awareness Month and Belvedere Senior Housing is partnering with The Merrillville Police Department to offer a self-defense class for the first 50 people who register. Please be sure to RSVP to secure your spot by calling 219-769-2145. There is a firm maximum space of 50 participants for this event. We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel.
